4 steps in our collaboration
Even though every customer is unique these 4 steps have proven to be a valuable guideline.
1. Understanding your goal
In the first step it’s important to have clear and shared understanding of “where we want to go”.
2. Analysing your funnel
By looking at the different stages of the funnel we identify areas of influence with the biggest potential impact.
3. Defining measures
We develop measures to address the identified issues, prioritise them according to impact / costs and set KPIs.
4. Agreeing on Action plan
We develop a roadmap for implementation. Optional support from my side is available.
